A magnetic assembly has a particular magnetic circuit that can concentrate or insulate magnetic power at a target space around the magnetic assembly. In this way, magnetic assembly can be utilized for holding, retrieving, moving, lifting and mounting steel parts in different industrial applications.

We have developed a range of capabilities to offer magnetic components with additional features to support our customers' requirement. Using plastic injection molding or metal die casting it is possible to precisely incorporate spindles, bushes, gears and other inserts.

Typically, pull strength of magnetic assembly is tested against a flat steel plate, with the pull force exerted perpendicular to the surface of the plate. Different testing methods can yield different results, so it is a good idea to request a sample prior to making a final decision on the specific assembly you require.
