Magnetic Filter
Magnetic filter is used to eliminate the ferromagnetic impurities, which is widely applied in chemical, pharmaceutical, pigment, dyes, food, metallurgy, ceramics and other industries.

Characteristics of magnetic filter:
1, the surface gauss value of filter with neodymium permanent magnets can be up to 12,000 Gauss
2, is capable of removing 0.5~60 μm fine particles that are invisible to human eye;
3, the surface treatment can meet food and medical grade requirements;
4, are usually in shape of bars with tips, threaded holes and studs in both ends.

Materials:
The inner composition of magnetic filter includes permanent magnets and several magnetic conductive iron sheets. Neodymium magnets SmCo and ferrite magnets are the most conventional materials for magnetic filter. As for the outer cladding, 304 or 316L seamless stainless steel pipe are often used. And the surface can be treated or polished in different ways to comply with specific food, medical or other standards.
Application
1, to remove weak corrosive materials including water, ammonia, oil, hydrocarbons, etc. in chemical or petrochemical production;
2, to remove caustic soda, concentrated dilute sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, etc. in production of chemical;
3, to remove low temperature materials including liquid methane, ammonia, oxygen and refrigerant in refrigeration process;
