Sintered neodymium permanent magnets’ main properties include residual magnetism (Br), intrinsic coercive force (Hcj), magnetic flux density (Hcb) and maximum magnetic product(BH max).
Accessorial performances of neodymium NdFeB magnets include relative magnetic permeability (μrec), temperature coefficient of residual magnetism, temperature coefficient of intrinsic coercive force and Curie temperature.
Material Classification and Grade
According to magnetic flux density, neodymium permanent magnetic material can be classified into low coercive force N, medium coercive force M, high coercive force H, super high coercive force SH, ultra high coercive force UH and extremely high coercive force EH.
Based on max energy products, NdFeB permanent magnets can be specified into different grades, including N35-N52, N35M-N50M, N30H-N48H, N30SH-N45SH, N28UH-N35UH, and N28EH-N35EH.
