We glue them into a product we are making, but sometimes the magnets become detached because the coating separates from the core.
So this product is interesting.
Is the thickness the same as regular epoxy coating?
What colors can it be?
How is the price compared to regular epoxy coating?
We need to glue it to ABS plastic. Currently we use an Isocyanate glue. Will that be suitable to glue this new epoxy?

The thickness of this new coating is a little thicker than regular epoxy coating.
It is about 20-30um, and we can make it as thick as 100um.
The regular color of this new epoxy coating of neodymium magnet is black, green, blue and white etc.
Generally, the price of neodymium permanent magnets with new coating is a little higher than regular ones,
just a littler higher.

What tolerances can you guarantee?
