I receive today a request from a new customer. He wants a multi polarity magnet. Very strong like
N48 or N50 China neodymium permanent magnet .
Diameter will be 12 or 13mm.
Thickness: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 mm
Coating, very strong as your epoxy
Colour: black
He needs 2 or 4 polarities on the same face
Quantity: 5.000pcs for start and after 100.000pcs per year.

(1) Disc magnets
Could you please confirm the thickness of the magnet?
Or we choose one size from the thickness 1~5mm?
(2) Ring magnets
The magnetization direction showed on the above picture is not workable on Sintered NdFeB permanent magnets.
If this orientation is necessary, we can only quote and produce them in arc magnets.
Please tell us the specific sizes, such as outer diameter, Inner diameter and thickness.
(3) Ring magnets
It is workable.
we need to know the outer diameter, Inner diameter and thickness of the ring magnet.

1) Disc magnets
As this system does not exist, we must create it with my customer, so, we will select the best thick.
Thick will be between 1 to 5 mm, after testing & approve, we will place orders.
The system will be made with 2 discs permanent magnets, each disc will have his own tick,
example: first disc = 1mm and the second disc = 5 mm
(2) Ring magnets
The system could be done with ring, but with 2 parts: 1 disc + 1 ring, we need to test this possibility, so, we need ring and inside ring (with same polarities)

Noted! We can quote you in various thicknesses D12x1mm / D12x2mm / D12x3mm / D12x4mm / D12x5mm. But for another two models, we are unable to quote without the dimension. Magnets are not standard items. The sizes should be provided by Customer according to the application.
