Looking for Permanent Magnet to Embed in Cast Polyurethane:
I am looking for a neodymium magnet to embed in cast polyurethane. The temperature would be about 115°C for 40 minutes during pouring and curing. The magnet with Epoxy coating may bond better to the polyurethane than the other coatings and also be tougher and less likely to break or crack.
Since we are trying to pour the polyurethane around the sides and top of the permanent magnet I was hoping to get a mechanical lock as well as trying to get the polyurethane to stick to the magnets coating by using a primer.
Quoting the magnet as a block – 12x16x50mm and 12 x 16 x 100mm could be useful option. If you stock or have tooling that would make something close in size, the dimensions are not critical, just need a strong neodymium magnet about 12mm thick to bond into the bottom of the polyurethane so it would stick into a metal surface and allow the polyurethane to function as a wear surface that can be easily changed because it would not need to be welded or bolted to the metal.

Looking for N35 NdFeB Magnets & Neodymium Cup Magneitc Assembly:
The 230°F is only for about 45 minutes when the polyurethane is poured over the magnet so I think the standard would work instead of the high temperature so can you quote N35?
Also can you supply the magnetic assembly shown or just a round 30mm diameter x 8mm thick with a countersink for a 4mm diameter or so bolt. If so please quote both same.
