Magnets for Rotor or Stator of Permanent Magnet Motor

Motor Manufacturer Required Arc Magnets for Rotor:
We are a company of DC solar pool pumps. We are making our own DC motor now.
We are using the rotor from an AC motor to put on the neodymium magnets with an outer rotor casing and resin to hold the magnets in place.

We demand the highest quality & strongest magnet you manufacture.
We will supply you motor rotors and you assemble the rotors and magnets, i.e. you complete assembly and send us the whole rotor parts.

We are an experienced permanent magnets & magnetic assembly.
I did include an attachment which I have altered to show direction.

Motor Magnets :
The first BLDC motor is for a pool pump using a standard air-cooled motor housing to put the stator frame in and using the rotor from the AC motor to add the neodymium permanent magnets on.
Could you supply us the whole assembly including rotor & stator?
The material of rotor shaft is stainless steel.

We choose some grades of magnets for your reference. Please kindly check the attached magnetic parameter list and quotation.

N40SH Permanent Magnets:
Thank you for you suggestion of magnets and we will choose N40SH neodymium arc magnets .

Magnetic Assembly Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
We can produce stators as well.
However, no matter stators or rotors, as magnetic assemblies, we need complete specification, size and drawings to verify.
