How to package & separate strong permanent magnets?

1-Without coating; 2-Diameter 150mm x Thickness 50mm; 3-Quantity: 10pcs; 4- All 10 piece must be dispatched in one wooden box.

Thanks for your enquiry. With reference your request, we are offering as attachment. It is based on the most common grade neodymium magnets N35 since you didn't designate a grade. Our magnets are very large in size and strong in magnetic force, many thick metal plates are needed in packaging to isolate magnetism. The normal anti-magnetism package for air shipment is carbon box with metal sheets inside around and on both the top and bottom. We have been professional in exporting magnets for many years. All our foreign customers accept such package. I assume it can satisfy your request too. Wooden boxes can be large and heavy, which is not suit for the air shipment. Besides, they should be customized and the cost is high. Our offer is based on our normal anti-magnetism package, excluding the wooden box costs, please kindly note.

I already get the strong permanent large magnets. I’m facing difficulty to separate the pieces because of high magnetic strength. Do you have any method to separate it?

Yes, your neodymium magnets are in huge size and strong force, they are difficult to separate though we put the spacer sheet between each two when packed. Please do careful for your fingers.
Our suggestion is:
Please set the powerful permanent magnets far away from any metal objects or anything can be effected by magnets, such as machine, car, cell phone, etc. If your belt buckle is made of metal, please also take it off, and then put each two magnets at the edge of a desk or chair, please pay attention that gaps between the two magnets should be directed at the edge; Secondly, please use your elbow or some soft thing to push downward vertically the outside one. Remember to put something soft on the floor in case the magnets broken into pieces.
Anyway, safety is the top important. No matter which way you try, please do remember to take good care of yourself.
