Custom Neodymium Permanent Magnets with NiCu+Everlube Coating

Looking for N35 & N45 Magnet with Special Coating:
We have tried to use neodymium magnets on our systems. Our system is used on surface ship deck. So that, we realized some rust on magnets. We don’t have any information about coating on the permanent magnets.
Nowadays, we are looking for a magnet manufacturer who will meet our needs.
We are using disc magnets and cylinder magnets. What is the best coating for sea (salt water) condition?
