Elite Tooling specialise in the manufacture of standard and bespoke solid Carbide slot, end mill and form tools. One of the main difficulties when grinding Carbide is ensuring that the cutting oil is suitably filtered prior to it being reintroduced into the grinding operation at the cutting face. Re-circulating contaminated oil can reduce surface finish quality, produce inconsistent neodymium magnet parts, result in oil degradation and above all reduce an expensive machine tool into a tired looking and worn piece of critical equipment within months. The electro units consist of a stationary tri-polar design neodymium magnet unit, with coils wound in aluminum wire or foil (copper a to receive DC power supply.
